By accessing xerour.com or using any of our services — including our project inquiry form, contact form, or digital products store — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Xerour is a digital product and technology studio offering website development, mobile app development, LMS development, school management software, custom software development, game development, web application development, SaaS development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and related digital products sold through our store.
Submitting a project inquiry does not create a binding agreement. A project begins only once both parties agree on scope, pricing, and timeline, typically confirmed in writing (email or a formal agreement).
Unless otherwise agreed in writing (such as for custom client projects where ownership is transferred on full payment), all designs, code, and content on xerour.com remain the intellectual property of Xerour. Source code sold via our store is licensed for use as described on the relevant product page.
For custom project work, clients are responsible for providing timely content, feedback, and access (e.g. hosting or domain credentials) needed to complete the project. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.
Xerour provides its services and products on an "as-is" basis. While we take care to deliver reliable, well-built solutions, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products, to the extent permitted by law.
Our website and store rely on third-party services including Razorpay and PhonePe for payments. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
