Refund Policy

1. Digital Products Store

When you purchase a digital product from the Xerour store (source code, installation service, or similar), the following applies:

• Before delivery: If you cancel your order before our team contacts you and delivers your source code or completes installation, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation.
• After delivery: Once the source code has been shared with you, or installation has been completed, the order is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable — this is standard practice for digital goods, since the product cannot be "returned" once delivered.
• Product not as described: If the product delivered is materially different from what was described on the store page, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will review the issue in good faith — options may include a fix, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the case.
• Installation issues: If you purchased "With Installation" and we are unable to complete the setup on your domain due to an issue on our end, you're entitled to a full refund of the installation fee.

2. Client Project Work

For custom website, app, LMS, school management, or software development projects:

• Refunds for project work are handled according to the payment milestones agreed upon at the start of the project (in your project agreement or invoice).
• Any advance/booking payment made to reserve a development slot is generally non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• If a project is cancelled by the client before work begins, the advance payment (minus any consultation or processing charges already incurred) may be refunded — reach out to us to discuss your specific case.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (via Razorpay or PhonePe) within 7–10 business days of approval. Processing times beyond this may depend on your bank or payment provider.
