What is Xerour?

Xerour is a digital product and technology studio based in New Delhi, India. We build custom websites, apps, LMS platforms, school management systems, and software — and also run a store of ready-made digital products.

Do you only sell ready-made products, or build custom ones too?

Both. The Store has ready-made digital products, while our services cover fully custom development for businesses, schools, and startups.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets) and PhonePe (UPI, cards, netbanking).

What's the difference between "With Installation" and "Only Source Code"?

"Only Source Code" gives you the full codebase to set up yourself. "With Installation" means our team installs and configures it on your own domain/hosting for you, for an additional fee.

When do I get my product after paying?

Our team reaches out within 24 hours of a successful payment with your source code or installation details — delivery isn't automatic or instant.

Can I get a refund?

Selling on Xerour

How do I sell my own product on Xerour?

Submit it through our Sell Your Product page — you'll provide your product details, screenshots, source code, and payout details (bank details for India, PayPal for international sellers).

How long does review take?

We aim to review new submissions within a few business days and email you the outcome either way.

Is my bank/ID information safe?

Yes — documents like your passbook, cancelled cheque, ID proof, or passport are stored privately and are only ever viewed by our admin team for verification. They're never publicly accessible.
